<p>A printing screen comprises a printing foil 10 and a sub-frame component 20 secured to an edge of the foil 10 which is formed with cut-outs (12, figure 1) to allow deflectable parts 18 of the foil 10 to be deflected out of the plane of the foil 10. The sub-frame component 20 comprises a fixed lip 36 upon which part of the foil 10 can be received, a recess 38 into which the said deflectable parts 18 of the foil 10 can be deflected, and a moveable lip 44 with spaced projections 48. In use, the lip 44 is moveable to a position in which the projections 48 bear against foil 10 forcing the deflectable parts 18 into the recess 38, thus securing the foil 10 to the sub-frame component 20.</p> |
