PURPOSE: A hall sensor is provided to independently arrange a control current input terminal and a hall voltage output terminal, thereby increasing the sensitivity of a hall device by increasing the size of input terminal and reducing the size of output terminal. CONSTITUTION: A hall device sensing part(100) has a square shape. A hall voltage output terminal(111,112,113,114) is respectively arranged in four vertices of the hall device sensing part with the same shape. A control current input terminal(121,122,123,124) is arranged with the same shape in the four vertices. The control current input terminals arrange a gap in both sides of the each hall voltage output terminal in order to be insulated with the hall voltage output terminal. |
