PURPOSE: A molded product processing method using coffee grounds is provided to recycle the coffee grounds and to prevent the waste of resource and environmental pollution by replacing soap. CONSTITUTION: Coffee grounds are collected from a coffee special store(S1). A dryer and a thermal film dry the coffee grounds(S2). A particle of the coffee grounds is classified(S3). The particle which is classified is pulverized to 0.01mm-1mm(S4). Bonding agent is mixed in the powder(S5). A mixture which is created in a first mixing step is mixed with purified water(S6). The mixture is puts into in a frame and is compressed and shaped(S7). The mixture which is compressed and shaped is dried(S8). A molded product is ground by abrasive(S9). |
