METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NATURAL FIBER STRIPE-QUILTED FABRIC HAVING PROTRUDED WRINKLE PATTERNS ON ITS SURFACE

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating natural fiber stripe-quilted fabric with wrinkle patterns on the surface is provided to ensure soft texture on the surface. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating natural fiber stripe-quilted fabric comprises: a step of preparing cotton yarn fabric(1,2) with a surface sheet and reusable paper and cotton board(3) as an intermediate material; a step of inserting the cotton board between the cotton yarn fabrics; a step of inputting the cotton yarn fabric into a quilting machine and sewing in 5-10mm of interval of sewing line(4); a step of inputting the stripe-quilted fabric into a washing drum; a step of rotating the washing drum for 15-30 minutes; a step of dehydrating the stripe-quilted fabric in a centrifuge; a step of inputting the stripe-quilted fabric into a hot-wind drier; and a step of drying at 70-90°C for 60-90 minutes.
