<p>The invention relates to a microstructured molded body (01, 02) comprising perforated portions, especially comprising perforated cavities (06). The invention likewise relates to a method for producing a molded body (01, 02) of the above type. The method according to the invention comprises a first step during which a deformable first film (01) having a thickness of less than 1 mm, preferably of less than 100 µm is made available. A second film (02) is then made available which has cut-out sections (03) the diameter of which is less than 2 mm, preferably less than 1 mm. In a second step, pores are produced in the first film (01). The first film (01) is then arranged on top of the second film (02), the first film (01) also covering the cut-out sections (03) which are present in the second film (02). Those sections of the first film (01) which are on top or around one of the cut-out sections (03) of the second film (02) are formed into the respective cut-out section (03) so that the deformed sections (04) define cavities (06). The first film (01) should then be connected to the second film (02) so as to form a single molded body (01, 02) in which the cavities (06) define microstructures and in which the continuous pores are only present in the deformed sections (04) of the first film (01) while those sections of the second film (02) surrounding the cavities (06) are impermeable.</p> |
