PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authenticity judging means, which can easily judge forgery, falsification or the like and, in addition, disables easy forgery. SOLUTION: The authenticity judging medium has: a latent image patterned layer which reverses the rotational direction of an incident light, and at the same time has permeability to visible light; an optical selectively reflecting layer having selectively reflectivities for reflecting either a left-handed circularly polarlized light or a right-handed circularly polarized light in incident light; a holographed layer; and a reflecting patterned layer in this order.
