Portable connectable device with microcircuit(s), with integrated countermeasure against EMA or fault attacks

The device has a microcircuit fixed in a support whose active surface carries electric connection studs. A contact pad (e4) for external connection is arranged on the support in periphery of the microcircuit. Connection wires (w4) electrically connect the studs of the microcircuit to an external contact pad. One of the connection wires welded to an end of one of the studs of the microcircuit avoids following a direct path of the stud until the corresponding contact pad makes deviation (I4) for passing above the active surface. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a portable connectable device.
