PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD HAVINGING SWITCHABLE CONDUCTIVE LAYER FOR ESD PROTECTION

PURPOSE: A printed circuit board in which a switching conductive layer for electro-static discharge(ESD) protection is provided to arrange the switching conductive layer between a circuit pattern layer and insulating layer, thereby protecting a chip from high voltage impact. CONSTITUTION: An insulating layer(120) is arranged on a metal layer(110). A switching conductive layer(130) is arranged on the insulating layer for ESD(Electro-Static Discharge) protection. The metal layer comprises a protrusion part which is connected to the switching conductive layer. A circuit pattern layer(140) is arranged on the switching conductive layer. An optical device package(150) is mounted on the circuit pattern layer.
