PURPOSE: An apparatus for burning exhaust fumes is provided to prevent deformation due to high temperature or exhaust pressure by using nonmetal kanthal that is not melted even at 1800°C. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for burning exhaust fumes comprises a round frame-shaped insulator(5), a pin(16), and a flat heating wire with kanthal(13). The round frame-shaped insulator is installed in the center of an exhaust pipe and the pin is fixed in one side of the insulator. The flat heating wire with kanthal is fixed in the pin in zigzag. Flat nonmetal kanthals, which is not melted even at 1800°C, are attached both sides of the flat heating wire with kanthal not to be transformed the heating wire by the exhaust pressure or high temperature. If current flows the heating wire with kanthal, high temperature over 700°C capable of burning exhaust fumes is generated and burned the exhaust fumes through the apparatus. |
