PURPOSE: A light emitting apparatus is provided to operate a plurality of cells at the same time by connecting the multiple cells in series within a single light emitting chip, thereby reducing leakage current by simplifying a wiring connection structure within the light emitting chip. CONSTITUTION: A case body(110) is arranged with metal or resin. A light emitting device package(200A-200D) is loaded on a substrate(130). The light emitting device package comprises one or more light emitting chips. A connection terminal(120) supplies power by being electrically connected to the light emitting device package. A lens(140) covers the light emitting device package by being connected to the case body.
