PURPOSE: A transaction method and wireless terminal for the same through a code image and local area network are provided to generate transaction data to a terminal device through a local area communication unit based on confirmed encoding information. CONSTITUTION: A sound processor(110) is connected to a controller(105). The sound processor encodes a voice signal which is inputted from a sound input device. The encoded voice signal is transmitted to a wireless processor(125). A screen output unit(115) outputs each information signal of the controller on a screen. The screen output unit outputs purchase information.
