PURPOSE: A producing apparatus for frozen stock is provided to maintain the slush sate of the stock inside a frozen stock storage tank, and to prevent the contamination of the stock. CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus for frozen stock comprises the following: a base unit(10) including grooves corresponding to circular protrusions formed on the upper side of a frozen stock storage tank(2), formed in a plate shape; a horizontal base(10a) corresponding to the upper side of a storage unit, and a vertical base(10b) corresponding to one side of a case; a motor unit(20) installed on the base unit for generating electricity; a stirring unit(30) moving along to an inner wall of the frozen stock storage tank using the electricity transferred from the motor unit; a horizontal bar(32) crossing a rotary shaft of the motor unit; a horizontal mixing impeller(34) formed on both sides of the horizontal bar; and a cover(16) for opening and closing the frozen stock storage tank. |
