<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The panel has a surface panel (2) including a solar panel (3) and fastened to a building. The surface panel is directly foamed with a carrier layer (1) that is made of polyurethane foamed plastic. The carrier layer is foamed at its side with a lower layer (4), where the side is opposite to the surface panel. The lower layer is made of calcium sulfate or other fire-resistant material. A suspension and/or assembly unit is foamed in the carrier layer for fastening the roof or facade panel to the building. A metal grid and groove/spring elements are formed in the carrier layer. #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a roof or facade panel (2) a construction element including an offset. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Roof or facade panel i.e. tile, for a construction element (claimed) in a building. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The roof or facade panel is designed in such a manner that the surface panels are foamed together in the roof or facade panel, thus avoiding assembling complexity by aligning the surface panels on the roof or facade panel, and avoiding penetration of water i.e. rain water, in a simple manner.
