PURPOSE: A data transfer circuit of a semiconductor apparatus is provided to satisfy tRCD margin increase and current consumption by automatically transferring a switch control mode and a local amplification mode. CONSTITUTION: In a data transfer circuit of a semiconductor apparatus, a first transfer unit(110) amplifies the data of a first data line(SIOT,SIOB). The first transfer unit transfers the amplified data to a second data line(LIOT,LIOB). The second transfer unit(120) electrically interlinks the first data line with the second data line. A controller(130) determines operation speed according a determination result of the operation speed and generates first and second control signals.
