PURPOSE: A moisture absorbing structure of improved permeability and a moisture absorbing product using the same are provided to maintain the skin state of a user by preventing the direct contact of moisture and the skin of the user. CONSTITUTION: An upper sheet(110) includes liquid permeability and is in contact with the skin of a user. A plurality of moisture absorbing bodies(120) is arranged at the lower side of the upper sheet and absorbs secretion through the upper sheet. A lower sheet(140) is arranged at the lower side of the absorbing bodies and includes liquid impermeability in order to prevent the discharge of the secretion. The absorbing bodies are separately arranged to form transferring paths.
