<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively simplify assembling processes for a fuel cell and to secure a desired sealing function and a power generating function in an economical and compact structure. <P>SOLUTION: A first sealing member 50 is integrated to the outer periphery edge of a first metal separator 18 and a second sealing member 56 is integrated to the outer periphery edge of a second metal separator 20. An inlet flow path function part 60 is provided with a plurality of projection shape receiving parts 64 formed on the second sealing member 56.
