PURPOSE: The fibrous fabrics impregnated are located in the back side with the shear thickening fluid is applied, the stab resistant and spike resistant are improved. CONSTITUTION: A stab and spike resistant panel(10) having a plurality of fabric layers comprises a front part(11), a back part(13), and a center part(12). The front part comprises first fabric layers, the back part comprises second fabric plies. The center part comprises third fabric layers, is located between the front part and the back part. The second fabric layers of the back part contain the shear thickening fluid.
