The sensor has four Hall sensors (9-12), where each Hall sensor is assigned to one of magnetic field concentrators (7, 8). A cluster of Hall elements is integrated in a semiconductor chip (6) arranged in a region of edge of the assigned field concentrators. The four Hall sensors form two pairs of sensors for measuring an X-component of magnetic field and Y-component of magnetic field. Connecting lines connect the Hall sensors arranged in the region of each concentrator, and run parallel with respect to each other or form a single common line (13). The Hall sensor is a Hall element. |
