PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine, which is so user-friendly that game states can be easily recognized by a player, while providing a plurality of game properties. SOLUTION: In a game panel, two start holes of a first start hole 24 and a second start hole 86 are provided to be separately usable in striking. Above the second start hole 86, an adjusting accessory 84 is provided. The second start hole 86 is provided at such a position that game balls struck toward an actuation hole 68 and a normal electric accessory ball entering hole can enter. When the game ball enters either starting hole, a special pattern lottery is executed, and when winning the lottery, a first special game is executed. When the game ball passes the actuation hole 68, the normal pattern lottery is executed, and when winning the lottery, the normal electric accessory ball entering hole 26 is opened. When the game ball enters the hole 26, a second special game is started. After completion of the special game, a specific game is executed in which the normal electric accessory ball entering hole 26 is easily widely opened till the variation frequency of a special pattern 202 reaches the prescribed continuous frequency.
