<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-storage ventilating outer wall of a building, which reduces solar radiation load imposed thereon in summertime, compared with a conventional ventilating outer wall, and enhances heat insulation in wintertime. <P>SOLUTION: Part of outer sheaths of the building, that is vertical or inclined, is formed of a front wall portion 2a shielding solar radiation, a rear wall portion 2b connected to a skeleton of the building, and a ventilation passage 2c defined by both the wall portions and having openings to the ambient environment, formed at both upper and lower edges.
