<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-storage ventilating outer wall of a building, which reduces solar radiation load imposed thereon in summertime, compared with a conventional ventilating outer wall, and enhances heat insulation in wintertime. <P>SOLUTION: Part of outer sheaths of the building, that is vertical or inclined, is formed of a front wall portion 2a shielding solar radiation, a rear wall portion 2b connected to a skeleton of the building, and a ventilation passage 2c defined by both the wall portions and having openings to the ambient environment, formed at both upper and lower edges. Then the outer sheath portion has a latent heat storage material 8 arranged in part thereof, so as to exchange heat with that of air in the ventilation passage 2c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
