<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply switch circuit that can be adapted even to a battery power supply or the like and properly and inexpensively prevents a rush current from being generated. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply switch circuit 2000 first turns on a MOSFET Q1 having large on-resistance out of the MOSFET Q1 having large on-resistance and a MOSFET Q2 having small on-resistance that are connected in parallel with each other, and after that, turns on the MOSFET Q2 having small on-resistance after the lapse of a prescribed time.
