PURPOSE: A novel Chlamydomonas pitschmannii YSL03 is provided to effectively produce biodiesel and to remove nitrogen and phosphorus in waste water. CONSTITUTION: A Chlamydomonas pitschmannii YSL03(KCTC 11715BP) has waste water tolerance and high lipid content. The strain has a base sequence of sequence number 1. Lipid is isolated from the strain or culture liquid thereof. The isolated lipid produces bio diesel. A microorganism agent for treating waste water contains the strain or culture liquid thereof. The strain is cultured in the waste water at 25-27 degrees Celsius and pH 7.2-7.6.
