<p>A device for performing toning exercises comprising an elongate board with two handles made of a resiliently deformable compound. The board may have a central region which is padded for increased comfort in use. Alternatively a sling region may be provided to receive a users chin or other facial region. The board may have an arcuate shape which defines a semi circle such that in use the board passes around the sides of a users neck. Exercising is performed by holding the board against a users chin to provide a resistance against movement of it.</p> |
