PURPOSE: A torque control winder using a vector inverter is provided to constantly maintain the tension of winding materials by adding an error correction value to command torque. CONSTITUTION: A command torque generating unit(500) generates command torque by using a rotation speed sensed by a speed sensor, the minimum diameter of winding materials, and a line speed of the materials, and a reference tension of the materials. A torque command current generating unit(600) generates a torque command current by using the reference tension inputted from the outside and the current tension of the feedback materials. A torque control unit(200) torque-controls an electric motor according to a rotation speed and a magnetic command current inputted from the outside, and the torque command current.
