CORRUGATED DUST COLLETING POPE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A corrugated dust collecting filter using a fabric filtering medium and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to integratedly fix soft fabric to a supporting net using room-temperature-vulcanization(RTV) silicon and to form corrugated dust collecting filter in a cylindrical shape based on corrugated fabric filtering medium. CONSTITUTION: A corrugated dust collecting filter using a fabric filtering medium includes a fabric filtering medium(20), an upper cap(30), and a lower cap(40). The fabric filtering medium is corrugated along the external surface of a cylindrical core. The upper cap and the lower cap are installed at the upper side and the lower side of the cylindrical core and the fabric filtering medium. The fabric filtering medium includes filtering paper(21), a supporting net(22), and a holder. The filtering paper is based on a fabric material. The supporting net is integrated to one side or both sides of the filtering paper based on a room-temperature-vulcanization adhesive. The holder is composed of an adhesive layer and a non-woven fabric layer.
