PURPOSE: An elastic support device for a storage tank, for preventing damage to a supporting tank and a supporting panel by using an impact prevention member, an installation method and a separation method are provided to efficiently accept the volume change of a storage tank according to temperature change by using an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: An elastic support device for a storage tank comprises a first holding part(10), a second supporting part(20), an elastic body(40), a connection rod(50), a guide part(60), an impact absorbing member(62), and a fixing part(70). The first holding part is separated from the first holding part. The elastic body is arranged between the first holding part and the second supporting part. One end of the connection rod is connected to the first holding part. The guide part guides the movement of the connection rod. The impact absorbing member is arranged in the guide part and prevents the sudden movement of the connection rod.
