PURPOSE: A charging/discharging system, a charging/discharging apparatus, and a method thereof are provided to set a price of electricity within a price range by considering electricity price fluctuations, thereby enabling a user to set a charging/discharging plan of a battery. CONSTITUTION: A charging/discharging system includes a receiving device(21), a first input device(22), a second input device(23), and a charging/discharging device(26). The charging/discharging system additionally includes a comparison device(25), a metering device(27), a measurement device(28), and a transmission device(29). The receiving device receives electricity price information as a function of time from a central server. The first input device inputs a price of electricity for charging a battery. The second input device inputs a price of electricity for discharging the battery. The charging/discharging device charges the battery according to price information of the received electricity. The charging/discharging device discharges the battery according to price information of the received electricity.
