PURPOSE: Cement paste is provided to reduce the sizes of voids in cement hydrate and to reduce hydration heat and absorption rate by including a concrete waterproof agent containing fluorine-based emulsion. CONSTITUTION: Cement paste includes cement and water at the weight ratio of 1:0.45. The cement paste includes a concrete water proof agent containing fluorine-based emulsion. 1-5 weight% of the fluorine-based emulsion is contained in the concrete water proof agent based on the total weight of the cement paste. The concrete water proof agent is further composed of 40-65 weight% of alkali silicate, 8-20 weight% of polymer emulsion, 1-8 weight% of ethanol amine, 0.5-1.5 weight% of silicon antifoaming agent, and 15-25 weight% of water. The alkali silicate is a compound represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula, the R is Na, K, or Li. The n is the number of 2 to 5.
