PURPOSE: A tire molding drum with a flexible drum center deck is provided to save time for changing assemblies and to reduce labor load. CONSTITUTION: A tire molding drum with a flexible drum center deck comprises: the center deck(2) mounted at the center of a drum shaft(1); a side ring which is symmetrically placed to the left and right of the center deck; a bead clamp(5) having a tire bead(4) which is placed to the outside of each side ring and molds; and a drum body(7) having a finger roll(6). An auxiliary center deck(8) is mounted and changes BSD(bead setting distance) between the center deck and the side rings.
