PURPOSE: A guide wire inserter for a catheter placement is provided to enable users to accurately and easily insert a guide wire and collect blood for easily placing a catheter. CONSTITUTION: A guide wire inserter for a catheter placement comprises the following: a blood collecting device(100) including an injection needle to be inserted into the blood vessel for collecting blood, formed in a gun shape; and a guide wire device(200) transferring a guide wire for inserting the guide wire into the blood vessel through the injection needle. The blood collecting device includes the injection needle(110), a cylinder body(120), a piston(130), and a connection pipe(140) with a blood flowing passage.
