PURPOSE: A construction method of a module type structure is provided to maximize the construction efficiency of an apartment house by dividing a structure into multiple units and manufacturing the units in a module type. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a module type structure is as follows. Construction structures(10) are manufactured in a module type and are loaded on a construction site. Post beams(14) vertically formed in the corners of each construction structure are coupled to each other through fastening members. Each fastening member is composed of a hook plate(20) and a hook insertion hole. The hook plates are protruded from the top of the post beams of the construction structure located at the bottom. The hook insertion holes are formed in the bottom of the post beams of the construction structure located at the top.
