A method for making vegetable paste includes washing, inspecting and peeling tuberous roots and vegetables, chopping the raw material, mixing the ingredients, heating, prepacking, closing, sterilizing. Each kind of raw material is blanched separately in a solution up to full softening of consistency thereof. Separation of the raw material from a salt solution is carried out, after what all the ingredients are mixed and the obtained mixture is directed to repeated fine comminuting. |
