PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce a voltage drop of a counter electrode by contacting a first conductive unit or counter electrode with a second conductive unit. CONSTITUTION: A counter electrode(222) is arranged on a transmission area(TA) and a pixel area(PA). An organic light emitting layer is interposed between a pixel electrode(221) and the counter electrode and emits light. A first conductive unit(231) is interposed between a second substrate(23) and a counter electrode. A second conductive unit(232) faces the first conductive unit and the counter electrode is interposed between the first conductive unit and the second conductive unit. The second conductive unit is contacted with the counter electrode and is made of conductive materials.
