PURPOSE: A head lamp assembly for vehicles is provided to arrange a junction part for preventing mutual separation by welding a housing and lens using a laser beam. CONSTITUTION: A head lamp assembly for vehicles includes a housing(10), a lens(20), and a main connection part(30). The housing comprises a reflector(14) and a light emitting device(12) arranged in the inside. The reflector reflects light from the light emitting device. The housing is opened on one side in order to project the light of the light emitting device to the outside. The lens protects the reflector and light emitting device in the inside of the hosing. The lens and housing are connected by the main connection part in order to maintain a securely attached state. The main connection part comprises a first flange(34) and a second flange(36) in order to increase the area of a junction part(32). The housing comprises a main body(42), a sub body(44), and a sub connection part(46a).
