PURPOSE: A construction method of a core structure of a module-type building is provided to improve the construction efficiency of an apartment house by standardizing a core structure. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a core structure of a module-type building is as follows. Core structures(10) are manufactured in a module-type and are loaded on a construction site. Each core structure is composed of an elevator hall(11) and a stair hall(12). The top and bottom of the elevator hall are opened. Each stair hall has inclined plates(13a) and a stair landing(13b). Post beams(14) of each core structure are coupled to each other using fastening members.
