Said shaft 1 is mounted to axially turn and displace between positions corresponding to different gear ratios along preset paths, while said guide elements 10, 5 interact to set said paths. Guide element 10 displaces together with control shaft 11 while second element 5 is arranged on first flange 26 jointed with gearbox housing 25. First flange 26 is split-jointed with gearbox housing 25 and connected with control shaft 1 to make an integral unit therewith.
