<p>PURPOSE: An auto transmission is provided to implement a forward 7 speed and backward 2 speed shift gear by combining four planetary gear sets, two clutches, and four brakes. CONSTITUTION: An automatic transmission includes a first planetary gear set(10), a second planetary gear set(30), a third planetary gear set(50), and a fourth planetary gear set(70). A first sun gear(S1) is connected to a case through a first brake. A first carrier(C1) is geared with the first sun gear. A second sun gear(S2) is connected to a first ring gear through a first clutch. A second carrier is geared with the second sun gear. A third ring gear(R3) is connected to the case through a third brake.</p> |
