PURPOSE: An explosive bolt and a coupling device therewith are provided to reduce shock, broken pieces, and flames occurred when explosives are detonated. CONSTITUTION: An explosive bolt(200) comprises a recess unit, an electric detonator(250), a connection unit(260), a plug(270), an RF filter(291), and a filter plug(293). The recess unit is formed from a bolt head to a part of a bolt body. The electric detonator is buried in the recess unit. The connection unit has a connection terminal and a circuit board. The plug is coupled to the recess unit. The RF filter is placed on the plug. The filter plug covers the RF filter.
