PURPOSE: A semiconductor PCB(Printed Circuit Board) inputting and accepting apparatus for electricity inspecting device is provided to be used for a storing box as well as a magazine. CONSTITUTION: A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) withdrawer(10) supplies a PCB, in which inspection is completed, from an electricity tester to a first backward and forward transport unit(20). The first backward and forward transport unit supplies the PCB to a main lifting robot(30) with a first conveyor. The main lifting robot puts the PCB into an upper magazine or a lower magazine. A upper magazine receiving unit(40) successively accepts the upper magazine which is transmitted from the main lifting robot to a cross direction. A lower magazine receiving unit successively accepts the lower magazine which is transmitted from the main lifting robot to the cross direction.
