PURPOSE: An apparatus for organizing expenditures for congratulations and condolences is provided to easily count paper money and easily organizing expenses for congratulations and condolences by outputting the receipt situation or result of the expenses for congratulations and condolences. CONSTITUTION: A controller main body(100) arranges a monitor(101) in the upper side and arranges a button operation part(102) in the upper side to the front of the monitor. An envelope processing unit(200) forms an envelope input part(202) and inputs an envelope for expenses for congratulations and condolences in the front side. The envelope processing unit forms an envelope loading space to be communicated with the envelope input part. A paper money processing part(300) arranges a paper money counter between a paper money input part(301) and a paper money storing space.
