PURPOSE: An LED lighting lamp for an improved airvent efficiency is provided to cool down a radiation fin in rapid through air flow and flow rate change by making the upper part of the ventilation hole related to the installation angle of a lamp. CONSTITUTION: A socket(11) is formed in the top side of an LED lamp(10). A circuit receiving unit(12) is combined inside the LED lamp through the socket. A radiation fin(31) is protruded around the center of the LED lamp and discharge heat. A heat sink(30) has an exhaust tube(33) causing the fluid speed variation of air. The heat radiation fin is composed of an aluminium material. The angle of the heat radiation fin maintains an inclination less than 15°~ 25°.
