PURPOSE: A voltage regulation circuit is provided to increase current driving without increasing the size thereof by controlling the threshold voltage of a transistor. CONSTITUTION: In a voltage regulation circuit, a first current driving force controller(200) compares a reference voltage with a distribution voltage. The first current driving force controller generates the first control signal. A current drive unit(300) drives current by a varied current driving force. The current drive unit generates a rectifying voltage. A second current driving force controller(400) generates a second controlling signal.
