PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the degradation of solar cell efficiency by separating the outer region of a solar cell module through a peripheral separation groove. CONSTITUTION: Solar cells are separated by solar cell separation regions(P). The solar cell includes a first electrode layer(110), a second electrode layer(510), a first photoelectric conversion layer(210), a second photoelectric conversion layer(410), and a conductive interlayer(310). The solar cell separation area includes a first separation groove(G1) and a second separation groove(G2). The first separation groove passes through the first electrode layer. The second separation groove passes through the first photoelectric conversion layer and the interlayer.
