Proposed device comprises first rail, first and second interfaces, track generator, current limiter, first band filter, first rectifier, first and second PROMs, first and second A/D converters, trigger, register, first and second comparator, first, second and third AND logical elements, logical element OR, and sync oscillator. Additionally, proposed device incorporates: second and third rails, first rail clearing control unit, second rail occupancy control unit, second rail clearing control unit, third rail occupancy control unit, second and third rectifiers, one-shot multivibrator, second band filter, and third A/D converter. ^ EFFECT: higher shut sensitivity and reduced power consumption. ^ 1 dwg |
