A technique for removing the intestinal content following resection of the intestine in the acute ileus comprises the removal of the affected part of intestine, the sewing of the distal end, the exteriorization of the proximal end via the separate cut onto the anterior abdominal wall, its fixation with sutures to the skin, the opening of the intestinal lumen, and removal of the intestinal content. The excess of the intestine is generated over the skin. The mobilized preparation is removed. The end of the exteriorized intestine is sewed with the rubber elastic tube. The end of the tube is placed into the container for collecting the intestinal content, and the bowel is emptied. On the 7th day postoperatively, the excess of the exteriorized intestine is removed with the rubber tube. |
