A disk mill comprises a housing, in which an upper movable disk with a central hole for supply of product and a lower fixed disk are coaxially installed. Both disks have curved grinding grooves which working surfaces are made as a section of a logarithmic spiral, which is described by &rgr;=ae, where &rgr; - radius of the working surface profile of the groove; a = const; k = ctgα; α - angle of intersection of the curved line coinciding with the groove working profile, with a beam emerging from its point; &phgr; - current value of the angle of rotation of the radius of curvature of the line, which coincides with the groove working profile; e - base of a natural logarithm, and the grooves of upper and lower disks are directed in the same side relative to each other. |
