A method for determination of cytotoxic action of drugs with magnetocontrolled properties comprises the addition to the probe being investigated of cellular suspension of rats red bone marrow with further determination of living and damaged cells in the native smear, colored by methylene blue, by means of light microscopy. The probe is exposed to the external action of the permanent magnet field to layering of transparent and opaque phases.
