FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment by power fields, and may be used for drinking water tertiary treatment. Proposed device comprises box 1 made from dielectric and magnetic field transparent material, and axially magnetised permanent magnets. Box 1 represents a regular pyramid with permanent magnets 3 and 4 arranged at pyramid apex and base and oriented by mutually opposite poles. Centers of symmetry of said magnets are aligned with pyramid central axis. Pyramid base 2 doubles as a support for vessel 5 with fluid to be magnetised. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of fluid magnetisation to axially symmetric arrangement of magnets. ^ 3 dwg
