PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to pattern a laminate structure of a pixel electrode with a single process by forming a semi-transmitting mirror. CONSTITUTION: A first insulation layer(13) is formed on a substrate to cover an active layer(212) and a bottom electrode(312). A top electrode of a capacitor is formed on the first insulation layer. A source electrode(219a) and a drain electrode(219b) of a thin film transistor are electrically connected to the active layer. An organic layer(21) is arranged on the pixel electrode and includes an organic light emitting layer(21a). A counter electrode(22) faces the pixel electrode and an intermediate layer is interposed between the counter electrode and the pixel electrode.
