FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to pediatrics. To determine health group for children, chronic inflammatory diseases of children in the age of 3 to 7 years from III health group are determined by index calculated by the formula: I=(Tc/Th)*KIFNg, where I is chronic inflammatory disease index in III health group for 3-7 y.o. children, Tc is the absolute number of cytotoxic T-lymphocytes of patient, Th is the absolute number of T-helpers, KIFNg is stimulation rate of T-lymphocytes containing gamma interferon. KIFNg is calculated as the ratio of absolute number of T-lymphocytes synthesising gamma interferon due to stimulation to absolute number of T-lymphocytes synthesising gamma interferon spontaneously. Quantitative value of chronic inflammatory diseases of III health group for 3-7 y.o. children lies within 0 to 9.7 units. ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy of basic diagnostics of chronic inflammatory diseases of III health group for 3-7 yo children. ^ 3 tbl |
